As a brand or business owner, you can deduct these images as marketing expenses!

Good to know: The booking is only confirmed once I've received the first deposit (60% of the total amount) and the signed contract. You can pay the remaining 40% either together with the first invoice or up to 10 days after our shoot – we can arrange this flexibly to suit you.

After your booking, we'll discuss all important points and open questions in a short Zoom call (online) or phone conversation ahead of time.

Here, you can share all your wishes and goals for the images. It's always helpful if you've already collected a few inspirational images (e.g., from Pinterest) that appeal to you and reflect what you envision for your shoot – this makes it much easier for me to bring your vision to life.

If you've booked the "BRAND MIDI" package, you'll also receive a custom moodboard based on our discussion to visualize your ideas for the upcoming shoot.

A few days before our session, I'll send you a short  reminder email with helpful preparation tips on how to best get ready and in the right mindset for our time together.

On the day of the shoot, we'll meet at your location and together find the best spots where the lighting and conditions are perfect for photography. You might bring one or two alternative outfits if you'd like to switch midway.

No need to feel awkward in front of the camera – my shoots are relaxed and meant to be fun!

I love working with natural light and minimal setup, as that's how the most beautiful, authentic images come to life – unposed and genuine.

We'll chat naturally while you do what you always do. I'll occasionally give gentle directions (like where to look) and guide you through the session. I'll come prepared with plenty of creative ideas for poses and motifs, and we'll experiment with what feels comfortable for you. Once we're in that creative flow, you won't even notice I'm holding the camera.

Final image delivery: Usually 2–3 weeks after the shoot, via online gallery for selection.

Within 14 days of our session, you'll get access to an extensive online gallery with all the "keeper" photos from the shoot – my initial pre-selection with light editing.

In the gallery, you can "heart" your favorites to mark your selections. Add as many hearts as you want images. If you can't decide or love more than your package includes, you can easily add extras anytime (at €49 per additional image).

I'll then professionally edit your favorites in Lightroom. The final images will be available for direct download in two formats (web-optimized 72 dpi and high-res 300 dpi for print) – ready for your marketing (social media, website, promotional materials).

Usage rights: Standard business license included (for your own website, social media, print). Note: That does NOT include exclusive or extended commercial advertising rights e.g. for big advertising campaigns– contact me for license upgrades if needed.
